Incontro formativo della Fondazione Femor per Nuova Ascoti in collaborazione con la Federazione CIMO FESMED
La Fondazione Femor ETS, organizza un incontro formativo sulle principali novità del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro 2019-2021 e i relativi risvolti applicativi.
21-22 febbraio 2025
Luogo: Aula Fineschi, Policlinico Gemelli, Roma
L’evento vedrà la partecipazione di esperti del settore medico, giuridico e sindacale, che approfondiranno tematiche cruciali per la professione medica, tra cui:
- Costituzione del rapporto di lavoro e mobilità
- Lavoro a tempo determinato, agile e a distanza
- Patrocinio legale e coperture assicurative
- Decreto attuativo dell’art. 10 della L. 24/2017
- Orario di lavoro, budget e incarichi dirigenziali

Nuova Missione in Congo dal 22 Novembre 2024 al 2 Dicembre 2024
Breve programma delle attività
I nostri medici in questa nuova avventura, si sposteranno anche nel Congo Profondo, per valutare la possibilità della costruzione di una sala operatoria;
Prenderanno contatti con una delle Università di Kinshasa per rafforzare la formazione dei medici ortopedici in loco;
Andranno sul terreno dove costruiremo una scuola , per facilitare l’accesso all’istruzione e rompere il cerchio della povertà, delle malattie e delle morti precoci;( si allega breve progetto)
Infine si riprenderanno i contatti con la nostra amica Chiara Castellani, per un progetto sulla radiologia e ortopedia d’urgenza in seguito a gravi incidenti stradali a Kenge.
Una Missione di grande impegno, ma come sempre ricca di entusiasmo e speranza per tanti obiettivi da raggiungere per il prossimo anno.
